Box, a leader in Intelligent Content Management, is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Enterprise West region. This role involves developing and executing co-sell strategies with key partners, including resellers, global and regional systems integrators (SIs), and hyperscalers. The Partner Sales Manager will be embedded with the regional Enterprise Sales team, serving as the strategic bridge between partners and Box's direct sales motions.What this role involves:
Developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy aligned to Enterprise West sales goals.
Identifying, recruiting, and enabling key regional partners to co-sell with Box.
Creating joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive awareness, pipeline, and closed revenue.
Working closely with Box’s regional Enterprise Account Executives and RVPs to align partner motions to priority accounts and opportunities.
Driving joint account planning, opportunity mapping, and multi-touch engagement strategies with partners.
Partnering with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Product to support partner execution and scalability.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or enterprise sales within the SaaS or cloud ecosystem.
Proven track record of building and executing successful partner sales strategies.
Deep understanding of reseller, systems integrator, and hyperscaler ecosystems.
Experience working with and through enterprise sales teams in a matrixed organization.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Self-starter with high energy, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Based in the San Francisco, CA area with the ability to travel as needed (~25%).
