EBANX is seeking an Internal Audit Specialist to strengthen its control environment and contribute to the company's success. The role involves partnering with various business areas to identify risks, evaluate processes, and provide recommendations for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. Role Involves:
• Supporting the Internal Audit Senior Manager.
• Assisting with the development of the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
• Defining the scope of audit engagements and preparing detailed audit programs.
• Conducting internal audits in accordance with professional standards.
• Providing clear and well-documented evidence to support internal audit work.
• Preparing draft internal audit reports.
• Collaborating with the auditee area to perform root cause analysis.
• Evaluating action plans proposed by auditees.
• Monitoring the implementation of action plans.
• Collaborating on the development and improvement of internal audit processes.

Requirements:
• Significant experience as an Internal Auditor within Big Four accounting firms or multinational companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of The Institute of Internal Auditors' Global Internal Audit Standards and internal audit best practices.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Portuguese and English.
• Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
