Job Description

Culture Amp is seeking a Lead Designer with expertise in systems thinking for B2B or Enterprise software to join their Innovation Studio Team. In this role, the candidate will contribute to shaping the future of Culture Amp's platform by identifying patterns and designing high-level solutions to drive alignment, inform technical solutions, and coordinate planning with product teams. Reporting to the Chief Designer, the Lead Designer will lead efforts to envision platform unification, innovative cross-product workflows, and AI capabilities. They will collaborate with user researchers and people scientists, leveraging deep human insights to unlock value for users.

• 5+ years of experience in a design-related field.
