Job Description
SonderMind is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their growing IT Operations team. This role is crucial for supporting the technology that employees use daily, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. The IT Support Specialist will manage user access, handle onboarding and offboarding processes, oversee asset management, provide technical support for office technology, and troubleshoot various IT issues. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO, requiring regular in-office presence for key events.
What this role involves:
- Providing support through the ticketing system for user access requests and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding lifecycles.
- Managing assets, including shipping/retrieving laptops, inventory, and ordering.
- Providing technical support for the Denver HQ and remote employees.
- Creating documentation for the IT Services Center.
- Managing and monitoring Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Collaborating with the team on urgent issues and problem-solving challenging problems.
Requirements:
- Experience with managing users and groups in Okta.
- Previous experience working with HIPAA or PHI/PII.
- 2+ years Helpdesk / Service Desk experience.
- SaaS administration experience.
- SSO experience.
- Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems.
- User access management skills.
- Onboarding and Offboarding experience.
- New laptop provisioning skills.
- Troubleshooting experience with Windows 10 and macOS.
- MDM and Asset management experience.
