Job Description
Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Programs Lead to drive and develop enablement programs for the sales team. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to align messaging and optimize sales engagement. The ideal candidate will shape and mature a best-in-class Sales Enablement function, designing and executing impactful programs.

What this role involves:
  • Designing and delivering training programs on products, services, selling techniques, and tools.
  • Ensuring consistent messaging and positioning by working with Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Managing external resources to support enablement initiatives.
  • Organizing training events and creating role-specific learning modules.
  • Developing sales playbooks, best practices, and reinforcement assets.
  • Creating coaching programs to strengthen seller skills and engagement strategies.
  • Enhancing efficiency through tools and providing ongoing training and support.
  • Defining KPIs, tracking adoption and effectiveness, and refining programs based on feedback and data.

Requirements:
  • Experience in enablement program execution with a big-picture vision.
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, challenges, and key performance drivers.
