Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Business Development Representative II for its ASEAN region team based in Singapore. This role is a frontline catalyst for revenue growth, focusing on named accounts within the APJ sales team. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for building a high-quality pipeline for Account Directors through research, strategic outreach, and consultative discovery.
Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify leads by identifying, researching, and engaging with C-suite and VP-level prospects.
- Execute multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to generate new sales opportunities and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets.
- Collaborate with Account Directors to build deep account intelligence, including organization charts, technology stacks, pain points, and buying committees.
- Lead initial discovery calls to uncover pain points, demonstrate Recorded Future's value proposition, and secure next steps.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop tailored outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce.
- Continuously improve messaging and objection-handling skills through coaching, call reviews, and enablement resources.
Requirements: - Ability to take direction, be coached, and mentored.
- Desire to pursue sales as a career.
- Minimum 2 years of successful outbound experience, preferably in cybersecurity and SaaS product offerings.
- Proven record of surpassing pipeline or quota goals in enterprise segments.
- Ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the agility to thrive in a high-growth, data-driven culture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
