Job Description
YLD is seeking a Senior Client Partner in London to manage client relationships and contribute to commercial plans. The Senior Client Partner will partner with clients and consultants to ensure impactful and successful engagements. This involves building relationships, establishing trust with stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor. The role reports to the Head of Client Services and requires passionate leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Running client engagements throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Building long-term partnerships and establishing trust with key stakeholders.
- Running regular account assessments and acting as a point of escalation.
- Managing profitability and performance across engagements.
- Driving the perception of work within the client organization.
- Managing staffing for the engagement, including interviewing and onboarding.
- Handling people matters that may affect the success of a client engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven success in a similar role within a software development consultancy.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience.
- Wide knowledge of large-scale software delivery in complex environments.
- Experience working in complex organizations and multi-supplier environments.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Pragmatic and strategic approach to engagement management.
- Strong financial skills and commercial awareness.
