Job Description
The Coordenador(a) de Remuneração e Administração de Pessoal role is within a company that is part of the BTG Pactual Group, the largest investment bank in Latin America. Role involves:
  • Leading the Personnel Administration and Data & Compensation teams.
  • Managing personnel administration routines, including payroll, benefits, vacations, admissions, terminations, and leaves.
  • Handling financial reconciliations of payroll and taxes.
  • Managing the personnel budget (CAPEX and OPEX).
  • Overseeing fixed and variable compensation, as well as long-term incentives.
  • Ensuring compliance with fiscal, labor, and occupational health and safety obligations.
  • Managing data and People Analytics.
  • Developing area policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining relationships with partners and employees.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA.
  • Solid prior experience in budget and compensation management.
  • Knowledge of personnel administration routines.
  • Experience with HR systems and compensation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
