Hearts & Science, part of Omnicom Media Group (OMG UK), is seeking an Account Manager to join their Client Experience team in London. This role involves delivering excellent day-to-day client services and communications planning, primarily for two key accounts, with opportunities to work on others. • Delivering excellent day-to-day client services.
• Communications planning.
• Contributing to the management and development of junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Media, with client-facing experience in a comms planning team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Skills in end-to-end media planning.
• Understanding of media buying across all channels.
• A positive, collaborative, and forward-thinking attitude.
