Senior Immigration Consultant

Job Description

Envoy Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Immigration Consultant to lead their production team in Cape Town. This role is crucial in managing the complexities of immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the leadership team on country/region structure and resourcing.
• Develop the immigration program for country/region.
• Handle immigration case work for African countries.
• Serve as a main point of contact, providing guidance on immigration steps.
• Review case assessments and initiations to ensure optimal caseload.
• Ensure that NPS is meeting annual targets.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to standards, rules and quality.
• Provide Key Account Management for existing corporate clients.
• Serve as subject matter expert on immigration rules to Envoy’s data research team.
• Advise strategy for complex cases.
• Communicate with immigration authorities.
• Manage team’s continuing professional development and assessing training requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of immigration experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of immigration manager experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of relevant tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for immigration.
