VP, Northeast Regional Manager - Cyber/Tech E&O

Job Description

At-Bay is seeking a VP, Northeast Regional Underwriting Manager to drive growth and enhance brand presence in the specialty lines insurance market. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop strategies for winning Tech E&O and Cyber business, cultivating strong relationships with national brokerages, and managing a team of Senior Underwriters. The ideal candidate will embody the At-Bay culture and act as a leader for all colleagues.

• Owning the strategy for profitable growth with new and renewal business.
• Creating and executing the annual regional business plan.
• Managing underwriting profit and loss.
• Developing and owning the strategy for the Northeast market.
• Identifying and targeting new broker partners.
• Participating in risk assessment discussions.
• Promoting the company's expertise at industry events.
• Coordinating and representing At-Bay at client meetings.
• Working with technology and data teams to enhance the underwriting process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cyber and Tech E&O Underwriting.
• Experience in handling large and complex risk segments.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing broker partnerships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and risk management.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally as required, up to 50%.
