Principal Product Manager (AI Products) (United States)

Job Description

Karat is seeking a Principal Product Manager for AI Products to lead the reinvention of technical interviewing in an AI-transformed world. The Principal Product Manager will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Karat's next-generation interview platform. This role involves working directly with the VP of Product and collaborating across engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Responsibilities:

• Define the roadmap for our AI product suite.
• Lead development of new innovative interview products.
• Analyze assessment data to improve accuracy.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with content teams on formats for complex technical roles.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience working on B2B and B2C offerings.
• Past, hands-on experience working as a Software Developer.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products with proven business impact.
• Excellent communication skills.
