Job Description
Runwise is seeking a Senior Account Executive to expand its presence among major building owners and property managers in the Chicagoland area. This role involves strategic account mapping, sales presentations, coordinating pre-sales inspections, brand building in partnership with marketing, and driving significant upsells. The ideal candidate will manage their pipeline, prioritize tasks, meet monthly goals, and collaborate with the Co-Founder, Head of Sales, and Chief Growth Officer on key initiatives.Responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline with large deal potential
  • Staying informed on industry trends
  • Identifying relationship-building opportunities
  • Managing a team of field technicians and prospectors
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and customer service
  • Negotiating major contracts
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an AE, Partnership Manager, or similar role
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Real estate experience and industry contacts (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Salesforce
  • Experience growing accounts and negotiating 6-figure contracts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
