Job Description
Bondora is seeking a Head of Engagement and Retention to drive business growth from its existing customer base. Reporting to the CMO, this role is responsible for maximizing returning customer applications, optimizing credit line usage, and increasing customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle, CRM, and re-engagement initiatives, ensuring Bondora remains the first choice for customers needing additional credit.

Role involves:

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, and retention marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
  • Deep expertise in direct marketing channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach.
