Job Description
Via is seeking a Fullstack Engineering Team Lead to join their dynamic team in Tel Aviv. This role is pivotal in driving innovative projects forward within Via's Driver Operations and Management system. The Engineering Team Lead will lead a team of skilled engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
What this role involves:
- Leading and managing a team of Backend and Frontend engineers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within Via.
- Developing and executing the team's roadmap.
- Overseeing project objectives to enhance product strategy.
- Managing, coaching, and fostering the growth of the engineering team.
Who is suitable for this role:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 6+ years of experience with software development.
- 4+ years of experience with Microservices BE development in scale.
- Experience with Relational DBs.
- Experience with Python.
- Advantage: Experience with Go, React, AWS, Kubernetes.
- Advantage: BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
