Job Description
Showpad is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in London. Showpad empowers businesses by providing a sales enablement platform that allows revenue teams to engage buyers through training, coaching, and innovative sales content. The Solutions Engineer will play a vital role in assisting the Sales team and driving Showpad's growth.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of Showpad's solution.
- Creating custom demo environments based on customer use cases.
- Serving as a technical resource for CRM, SSO, MDM, API, and other related technologies.
- Understanding customer technology stacks and how Showpad can integrate.
- Advising internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimizing communication and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consultant role (SaaS preferred).
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to decision-makers and C-Level executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Foundational knowledge of API, SSO, CRM is preferred but not required
- Strong project management, organizational & people management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical or business discipline
