Job Description
Showpad is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team and driving company growth by demonstrating the value of Showpad's sales enablement platform to potential clients. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and showcase how Showpad can align sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of Showpad's solution.
  • Creating custom demo environments based on customer use cases.
  • Serving as a technical resource for CRM, SSO, MDM, API, and other related technologies.
  • Understanding customer technology stacks and how Showpad integrates into their ecosystem.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimizing communication and knowledge transfer for post-implementation support.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consultant role (SaaS preferred).
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting to decision-makers and C-Level executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions based on abstract data.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of API, SSO, CRM is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to analyze customer data and feedback.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and risk management skills.
  • Multi-task oriented with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
