Syndigo is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to shape and execute the company's commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, improving efficiency across revenue-generating functions, and providing insights that drive business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional leadership.Syndigo is a leader in software and services for managing master data, product information, digital assets, and content syndication across various industries.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue growth and sales effectiveness.
- Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management.
- Own commercial booking forecast and communication to Executive Leadership.
- Develop and refine commission structures.
- Establish KPIs and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams.
- Build and mentor a high-performing commercial operations team.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or revenue management.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Strong background in sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and enhance go-to-market execution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
