Syndigo is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to shape and execute the company's commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, improving efficiency across revenue-generating functions, and providing insights that drive business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional leadership.Syndigo is a leader in software and services for managing master data, product information, digital assets, and content syndication across various industries.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue growth and sales effectiveness.
  • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management.
  • Own commercial booking forecast and communication to Executive Leadership.
  • Develop and refine commission structures.
  • Establish KPIs and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing commercial operations team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or revenue management.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • Strong background in sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and enhance go-to-market execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
