Job Description
Glean is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to support its Strategic Sales team. The role involves developing and implementing enablement strategies to drive performance, efficiency, and productivity within the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work with various teams.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy.
- Collaborating with sales leadership to create aligned training.
- Partnering with the GTM Onboarding Enablement function for new hire onboarding.
- Implementing a continuous learning program.
- Developing and maintaining a library of sales enablement resources.
- Facilitating regional Coach the Coaches program and Strategic Manager enablement.
- Working closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop supporting content.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Facilitating training sessions for the sales team.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Partnering with Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and other departments.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, and sales within an enterprise environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems and design software.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
