(Senior)-Accountant (m/w/d)

Job Description

• Handling accounting processes in general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintaining master data and ensuring data quality in the ERP system.
• Assisting with tax filings and audits.
• Supporting the operational purchasing process, including creating and maintaining purchase orders.
• Participating in the development and digitization of accounting processes.
• Preparing and supporting internal and external audits.
• Performing account reconciliations and booking complex business transactions.
• Collaborating with external partners such as tax advisors, auditors, and financial authorities.
• Contributing to internal financial reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Supporting the implementation and optimization of country-specific financial processes (especially Austria).

• Completed commercial training, ideally with ongoing or completed further education as a certified accountant.
• Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a corporate or international environment.
• Proficient in dealing with HGB, initial IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiar with ERP systems and good Excel skills.
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working.
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working in a local and international environment.
• Fluent in German, English skills are an advantage.
