Job Description

Jobber, a leading software company in Canada, is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join its Product Marketing Team. This role involves shaping and executing the partner marketing strategy, focusing on the product partnerships ecosystem. The Partner Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Partnerships team to drive integration installs, increase awareness of the Jobber App Marketplace, and boost revenue contribution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technology partner ecosystem, data-driven decision-making skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles. They should be capable of working cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and launching go-to-market strategies across Jobber’s product partner ecosystem.
  • Leading the planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives and partner integration launches.
  • Developing clear, compelling messaging and joint solution narratives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to increase visibility and performance of the Jobber App Marketplace.
  • Building and growing relationships with key partners.
  • Supporting partner and sales enablement through the development of collateral and training.
  • Monitoring partner marketing performance and applying insights to optimize future efforts.

Requirements:

  • Extensive B2B partner marketing experience in the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing partner marketing programs.
  • Excellent relationship and project management skills.
  • Performance-driven mindset with a natural curiosity to test and optimize.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a problem-solving mentality.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and partner events.
