Current Global is seeking a Senior Manager - Client Experience to join their team in Mumbai. Current Global is a global communications agency that puts humanity at the heart of everything it does. The agency prides itself on its human-first approach, award-winning work, and diverse client roster. This role reports to the Vice President – Client Experience. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing multiple client programs, facilitating cross-functional team integration, managing client expectations, and serving as a strategic leader for clients. The role also involves mentoring and training junior team members. What will this role involve?

• Lead/manage multiple client programs
• Facilitate cross-functional team integration
• Manage client expectations
• Be seen as a strategic leader by clients
• Mentor and train junior team members

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 6+ years’ work experience in a PR agency
• Solid industry knowledge, particularly in Consumer and Lifestyle brands
• Project management capability and business acumen
• Strong networking, negotiation, coordination, and organizational abilities
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to formulate insights
• Proven ability to build internal and external relationships
