Salsify is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to support its HR, IT, and Finance teams. The analyst will be responsible for managing Workday configurations, troubleshooting system issues, and analyzing business processes to recommend improvements. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to expand their expertise in Workday and advance their career in HRIS.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Perform Workday system configurations and implementation of new features and modules.
Support and guide end users through the testing of new features
Troubleshoot system issues and answer end-users' queries.
Create and maintain documentation to support rollouts
Perform audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Requirements:
Over 4-years experience in Workday implementation (preferred - experience in more than one module)
Workday certifications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HRIS like Greenhouse and Adaptive are a plus
