Job Description
Pipe17 is seeking a Technical Integrations Specialist (Solution Architect) to onboard new customers. This role involves understanding customer use cases, configuring Pipe17 for data transfer, and ensuring smooth integration of sales channels, ERPs, WMS, and 3PLs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in eliminating fragmented channels and manual processes, enabling businesses to grow without technology constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer relationship, defining success plans and ensuring clear communication.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact, guiding customers on leveraging Pipe17.
- Build in-depth customer relationships and understand their business goals.
- Lead multiple projects during implementation, providing expert solutions.
- Translate business requirements into product use cases or technical requirements.
- Configure Pipe17 products based on customer needs.
- Serve as an internal escalation point for technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and assist customers, engaging engineering as needed.
- Coach and educate customers to improve Pipe17 adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer goals and provide feedback.
- Create and improve documentation for customer self-service.
- Document onboarding steps for future reference.
