Digital Retail Senior Associate

Job Description

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Digital Retail Senior Associate to drive growth and merchandising for its online retail channels, including Walmart.com, Target.com, and Amazon. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and a proactive approach to achieve revenue targets, coordinate paid media and SEO efforts, and ensure flawless execution of listings, promotions, and launches. The Digital Retail Senior Associate will report to the Director, Growth Channels, and collaborate with various teams, including Marketplace, Retail, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.What this role involves:

• Owning commercial performance for Walmart.com, Target.com, and other online retail channels.
• Optimizing merchandising through content audits, SEO refreshes, and enhanced visuals.
• Coordinating paid media campaigns with agency partners.
• Running promotions and launches, ensuring alignment across supply and partner portals.
• Analyzing and reporting weekly/monthly performance, identifying key drivers and recommending actions.
• Supporting Jukebox on Amazon US, managing performance and overseeing advertising execution.
• Creating and refining SOPs for various processes, such as SKU setup and content updates.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Legal/Compliance teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (STEM, Business, or Economics preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, PE/IB, or high-growth CPG eCommerce roles.
• Hands-on experience with Walmart.com, Target.com, or Amazon is a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable with SQL or BI tools.
• Ability to size opportunities, build P&Ls, and translate data into clear decisions.
• Bias for action and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and solve issues proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate cross-functionally.
