Job Description

IPG is seeking a motivated HR Shared Services Intern to support process improvement initiatives and HR project execution. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, project management, and continuous improvement.

The role involves:

  • Assisting HR Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing HR Shared Services projects
  • Supporting process mapping and documentation
  • Scheduling project meetings, capturing notes and action items
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supporting change management and communication efforts related to HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Strong interest in HR operations, process improvement, and project management
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
