Job Description
IPG is seeking a motivated HR Shared Services Intern to support process improvement initiatives and HR project execution. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, project management, and continuous improvement.
The role involves:
- Assisting HR Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing HR Shared Services projects
- Supporting process mapping and documentation
- Scheduling project meetings, capturing notes and action items
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supporting change management and communication efforts related to HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Strong interest in HR operations, process improvement, and project management
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
