Job Description

iFood is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Coordinator to join their team. This role involves consolidating the structure and strategic operation of the Business Intelligence (BI) area, enhancing the depth and impact of analyses, and integrating BI functionally with strategic areas and the board of directors. The ideal candidate will improve demand forecasts and retail efficiency/productivity, solve complex operational problems with data-driven solutions, and provide direct support to market operations teams and the board.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidating the structure and operation of the Business Intelligence (BI) area.
• Elevating the level of analyses, with a focus on depth and impact on the business.
• Integrating BI functionally with strategic areas and the board of directors.
• Improving demand forecasts and the efficiency/productivity of the retail sector.
• Solving complex operational problems with data-based solutions.
• Offering direct support to market operations teams and the board.
• Identifying and solving problems related to retail, demand forecasting, and productivity.
• Balancing practical execution and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Critical and analytical thinking to handle complex and strategic problems.
• Relational skills and good interpersonal relationships for working with heads and the board.
• Proactivity with a hands-on approach to practical execution.
• Organization and flexibility to handle dynamic operations and a large volume of demands.
• Ability to self-manage and make decisions in highly complex scenarios.
• Proficiency in BI/Analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, productivity, and operation in food retail.
• Advanced English for communication with international stakeholders.
