Job Description
Enavate, a North American-based IT company and Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a Mid-level D365 Business Central Consultant to join their Delivery & Client Care team. This role involves supporting and enhancing clients’ D365 BC environments, handling support tickets, and implementing improvements. The consultant will work with international clients across Europe and the US.
Role involves:
- Managing and resolving advanced support tickets and service requests
- Analyzing client business processes and recommending improvements
- Performing configurations, data updates, and customizations
- Collaborating with developers on more technical requirements
- Interacting daily with clients and be involved in various short- and long-term client projects
- Supporting clients across time zones, primarily in Europe and North America
- Continuously developing product knowledge and consulting skills
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Good understanding of key functional areas like finance, supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Ability to work independently on support issues and smaller projects
- Strong communication skills—especially when working with international clients
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new features, tools, and best practices
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
