Job Description

Enavate, a North American-based IT company and Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a Mid-level D365 Business Central Consultant to join their Delivery & Client Care team. The consultant will play a key role in supporting and enhancing clients’ D365 BC environments, handling support, small projects, and optimizations.

The role involves:

  • Managing and resolving advanced support tickets and service requests
  • Analyzing client business processes and recommending improvements
  • Performing configurations, data updates, and customizations
  • Collaborating with developers on more technical requirements
  • Interacting daily with clients and be involved in various short- and long-term client projects
  • Supporting clients across time zones, primarily in Europe and North America
  • Continuously developing product knowledge and consulting skills

Enavate requires:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
  • Good understanding of key functional areas like finance, supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently on support issues and smaller projects
  • Strong communication skills—especially when working with international clients
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new features, tools, and best practices
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
