Job Description
Enavate, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a Senior Business Central Consultant to join their Delivery team. The consultant will be at the forefront of project delivery, designing, configuring, and optimizing D365 BC solutions. They will also mentor junior consultants and drive quality across the team. This role involves working on demanding, high-impact projects with clients across Europe and the US.
Role involves:
- Leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
- Engaging directly with clients to analyze business requirements and define solutions
- Designing and configuring D365 BC to align with client processes
- Managing stakeholder expectations and project deliverables
- Handling escalated support issues and advising on best practices
- Mentoring junior and mid-level consultants and promoting knowledge sharing
- Staying up to date with product developments and contributing to service improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Strong functional knowledge across key business areas (finance, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.)
- Proven experience leading client engagements and delivering full-cycle projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international teams and clients
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
