Senior D365 Business Central Consultant

Job Description

Enavate is seeking a Senior D365 Business Central Consultant to join their Delivery team. The consultant will work on complex client environments, deeper business logic, and international rollouts. This role involves solving tough problems, shaping smart solutions, and driving real results for clients across Europe and the US.

Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
• Engaging directly with clients to analyze business requirements and define solutions
• Designing and configuring D365 BC to align with client processes
• Managing stakeholder expectations and project deliverables
• Handling escalated support issues and advising on best practices
• Mentoring junior and mid-level consultants and promoting knowledge sharing
• Staying up to date with product developments and contributing to service improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Strong functional knowledge across key business areas (finance, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.)
• Proven experience leading client engagements and delivering full-cycle projects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international teams and clients
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
