Talkdesk, a leader in cloud contact center solutions, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative to join their team in London. This role is pivotal in driving Talkdesk's growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within the UK&I market.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly metrics for qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Conducting daily outreach via phone, email, social media, and video.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to develop prospecting plans.
- Articulating Talkdesk’s value proposition to decision-makers.
- Maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Fluent Dutch Language skills
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
