Talkdesk, a leader in cloud contact center solutions, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative to join their team in London. This role is pivotal in driving Talkdesk's growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within the UK&I market.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly metrics for qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Conducting daily outreach via phone, email, social media, and video.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to develop prospecting plans.
  • Articulating Talkdesk’s value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Fluent Dutch Language skills
  • Positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
