DoorDash is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual for the role of Associate, Dasher Efficiency within their Canada Strategy & Operations team. This role is based in downtown Toronto and operates on a hybrid model with opportunities for international travel. The Associate will focus on optimizing the efficiency of Dashers, specifically the number of deliveries completed per active hour.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the root causes of efficiency trends, developing accurate forecasting models, and implementing solutions to improve performance. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, analytics, product, and engineering.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, strategy, business development, banking, analytics, high-growth or early-stage startup experience, or related experience and a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, including SQL.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and synthesize information.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
