Job Description
GR8 Tech is seeking a PE Accountant Team Lead to manage their FOP Hub team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the FOP Hub team, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws, implementing and maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting approaches. They will also be involved in the launch of new locations and continuously evaluating and improving internal processes and systems.
Role involves:

- Continuously evaluating and improving internal processes and systems
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, including the supervision of FOP activities
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and standards in the areas of corporate finance and FOP activities, taxes
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to financial reporting, tax, FOP activities
- Ability to analyse accounting data and trends, tax planning
- Knowledge of internal controls and risk management frameworks specific to corporate and FOP accounting/taxation
- Up-to-date understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to corporate accounting and taxes, FOP activities and taxes
- Experience in managing audits
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
- Ukrainian or Russian fluent
