Job Description
Taco Bell is seeking a Project Manager for Global Design & Architecture to manage vendor pools, oversee consultants, and guide projects from design to completion. The Project Manager will develop and execute strategic plans for special project rollouts, modify vendor contracts, maintain project timelines, and create compelling presentations.
    Role involves:
  • Managing vendors and consultants for project drawings.
  • Guiding projects from design to construction completion.
  • Developing and managing strategic plans for special project rollouts.
  • Serving as a communication bridge between teams and external partners.
  • Maintaining project timelines and developing presentations.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred) or Construction Management with design background.
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design, restaurant design preferred.
  • Experience in building industry costs and construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite software, Smartsheet, AUTOCAD, Adobe Suite, Revit, Sketchup, and Blue Beam.
  • Effective people management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
