HR Administration Specialist

Job Description

Xometry is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join their team in Germany. This role is crucial for managing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting contractors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in HR systems, with a passion for process improvement and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contractor lifecycle management, including onboarding, renewals, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on headcount, turnover, and budget metrics.
• Act as the primary contact for HR systems, ensuring data integrity and providing support.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and maintain process documentation.
• Support organizational initiatives related to leveling and grading.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, contractor management, or data reporting.
• English: B2/C1, Russian: Native
