Senior Payer Analytics Consultant

Job Description

Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a Senior Payer Analytics Consultant to join their Payment Strategy Department. The consultant will report to the Payment Strategy Director and be responsible for performing complex managed care payer financial modeling and analysis, conducting financial analysis to support successful payer reimbursement outcomes, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve payer reimbursement objectives. They will also provide subject matter expertise and assist with training subordinate Payer Analytics Consultants.Role involves:

• Performing complex managed care payer financial modeling and analysis.
• Conducting complex financial analysis to support payer reimbursement outcomes.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing subject matter expertise and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience performing financial healthcare reimbursement analysis (a Master’s degree may substitute for two years of the required experience).
• Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
• Understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies and healthcare data types.
