Job Description

Endor Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth within a designated geographical territory. The Account Executive will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build and maintain customer relationships, identify needs, and close transactions with prospective and existing customers, focusing on improving security and developer productivity.

The role involves generating new business opportunities, prospecting and qualifying potential customers, conducting needs analysis and product demonstrations, and developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Prospect and qualify potential customers.
  • Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales executive / sales leader, preferably in a startup focusing on Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
  • Proven track record of owning the entire sales cycle with a focus on Enterprise customers (1,000 to 10,000+ employees).
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution selling, or a similar sales methodology.
  • Familiarity with common pain points in DevSecOps & Application Security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
