Job Description
InvGate is seeking a Digital Customer Success Representative to lead tech-enabled programs that drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth. This role focuses on the low-touch customer segment, leveraging automation and data to provide proactive and efficient experiences.
- Designing and executing digital CS programs across the customer lifecycle.
- Owning the strategy and performance of the low-touch segment.
- Analyzing the customer lifecycle and implementing digital strategies.
- Managing customer communication across digital channels.
- Creating and managing automated customer journeys.
- Developing and monitoring customer health metrics and lifecycle KPIs.
- Collaborating on building digital success playbooks.
- Partnering with Product and Marketing to improve self-service resources.
- Contributing to Customer Success team OKRs.
Requirements: - 1–2 years in Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
- Experience managing scaled or low-touch customer segments.
- Strong command of digital engagement tools (HubSpot, Intercom, Gainsight PX, Pendo, etc.).
- Data-driven and able to extract insights from usage data and health metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills and project management ability.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

The position is hybrid, requiring office attendance at least twice a week, and is located in Belgrano, CABA.
