Job Description
InvGate is seeking a Digital Customer Success Representative to lead tech-enabled programs that drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth. This role focuses on the low-touch customer segment, leveraging automation and data to provide proactive and efficient experiences.
  • Designing and executing digital CS programs across the customer lifecycle.
  • Owning the strategy and performance of the low-touch segment.
  • Analyzing the customer lifecycle and implementing digital strategies.
  • Managing customer communication across digital channels.
  • Creating and managing automated customer journeys.
  • Developing and monitoring customer health metrics and lifecycle KPIs.
  • Collaborating on building digital success playbooks.
  • Partnering with Product and Marketing to improve self-service resources.
  • Contributing to Customer Success team OKRs.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years in Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing scaled or low-touch customer segments.
  • Strong command of digital engagement tools (HubSpot, Intercom, Gainsight PX, Pendo, etc.).
  • Data-driven and able to extract insights from usage data and health metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills and project management ability.
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

The position is hybrid, requiring office attendance at least twice a week, and is located in Belgrano, CABA.
