Job Description
IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking a Key User ERP to ensure the stable and efficient operation of its ERP system. This role involves integrating business processes, coordinating technical developments, and ensuring legal compliance. The Key User will serve as the central point of contact between the Financial Shared Service and IT (Cronon), driving continuous system development and optimization. This position is optionally located in Berlin, Karlsruhe, or Montabaur.

Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, SAP and ideally also INFOR LN
- Experience in process management and system integration
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various departments and IT teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Structured work approach with strong documentation skills
- Knowledge in role and permission management
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
