Job Description
The company isaac, a financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking a Business Analyst I (Strategy) to join their team in São Paulo. This role involves working with leadership on the Matrículas project within the Operations area. The analyst will construct dashboards and conduct data analysis to monitor matrícula operations, a crucial aspect of the business. Additionally, they will assist leadership in identifying opportunities to enhance the quality and scalability of operations.
Role involves:
- Comprehending area strategy and relating it to daily tasks.
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables according to established priorities.
- Communicating clearly with leadership and peers, actively participating in discussions about tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills.
- A sense of urgency in prioritizing activities.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, frank, and transparent team environment.
- Strong analytical skills in structuring and resolving problems.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to learn SQL.
