Job Description
Gong is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to contribute to their mission of revolutionizing how companies understand customer interactions. The Senior Backend Engineer will leverage their Java knowledge to drive backend development.

Role involves:
  • Leading the design and implementation of backend services and APIs using Java technologies.
  • Analyzing and solving complex technical challenges across the stack.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, UX designers, and Frontend Engineers.
  • Taking ownership of features throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale backend development, with a strong emphasis on Java programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and building scalable microservices architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
