Job Description
Prolific is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth within its existing customer base. This role involves working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to develop expansion materials and implement targeted educational programs. The Product Marketing Manager will build strategic initiatives that drive deeper customer penetration and have a direct revenue impact by creating enablement resources and designing engagement strategies.
What this role involves: - Developing sales enablement materials (RFP response decks, battlecards)
- Designing and implementing customer education programs
- Partnering with Sales and Customer Success on account-specific expansion strategies
- Collaborating with demand generation on brand awareness campaigns
- Producing compelling case studies and success stories
- Working with cross-functional teams on joint account planning and product messaging
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement roles
- Experience with AI/ML or SaaS products
- Experience creating sales materials to enterprise clients
- Strong written/presentation skills
- Excellent collaborative skills
- Commercial mindset with track-record of impacting revenue
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Comfortable working with AI and automation platforms
