Job Description
Jun Group is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support its sales, client service, finance, and product teams. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and focuses on maximizing sales team efficiency and providing data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include:
  • Building and refining reports and dashboards to measure KPIs.
  • Supporting the management and implementation of core sales operations tools, including Salesforce.
  • Assisting with the commissions process for the sales team.
  • Developing and maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track the sales funnel.
  • Reviewing client contracts and IOs for accuracy.
  • Assisting with contact list segmentation and uploads for email campaigns.
  • Providing support for the month-end close process.


Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, strategy, sales enablement, or a similar role.
  • Financial skills and business acumen.
  • Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools.
  • Salesforce Admin certification and advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
