Operations Delivery Manager

Job Description

BVNK, a company providing modern payment infrastructure for businesses, is seeking an Operations Delivery Manager. This role reports to the VP of Operations and involves providing operational SME knowledge to ensure systems work to a high standard. The candidate will ensure new product offerings and enhancements are fully tested before client release. BVNK unifies banks and blockchains in a single platform, enabling businesses to send and receive stablecoin payments and convert between currencies.Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining expert-level SME knowledge on treasury management and digital assets.
• Supporting project requirement specifications and production environment testing.
• Creating operational requirements, impact assessments, and test plans.
• Managing go-live checklists, pilot plans, and continuous improvement backlogs.
• Collaborating with Product and Tech Teams to schedule testing and resolve issues.
• Identifying and raising blockers, risks, and issues on new projects.
• Running operational retrospectives to improve efficiencies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a regulated payment business.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Change management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload on multiple initiatives.
