Job Description
Harbinger is seeking an Incentives and Grants Manager to research and report on incentives and funding for customers of Harbinger's medium-duty commercial electric vehicles and battery power packs. This role involves customer interaction and requires strong communication skills to guide customers on available funding and application processes. The Incentives and Grants Manager will also collaborate with the sales and government affairs teams to provide updates on incentives and funding opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and compile incentives for each territory and product vertical.
- Identify new grant funding opportunities and assist in writing grants and RFPs.
- Create sales presentations and financial spreadsheets highlighting acquisition costs with incentives.
- Attend webinars and seminars on incentive and grant funding.
- Communicate with customers on available incentives and guide them through the application process.
- Assist customers with compliance activities related to incentives and government grant programs.
- Work with internal engineering teams and external partners to gather information and conduct analyses related to product eligibility for incentives.
Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of Commercial EV incentives for vehicles and chargers, especially in CA.
- Ability to create slides for customer presentations and spreadsheets outlining overall pricing including incentives.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a sales, customer success, program management, or consulting role preferred.
- 4 days a week required onsite in our Garden Grove office.
