Job Description
Sony Music is seeking a New Business & Brand Partnership Manager/Sr. Manager for South East Asia. This role involves driving revenue through innovative business and brand partnerships for regional and global artists. The candidate will be the main point of contact for IP owners, artists, and management, leading the execution of business opportunities and coordinating SEA hub-level projects.
  • Overseeing and executing commercial activities for Sony Music artists and IP.
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Maintaining resources for efficient project delivery.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders during the pitching stage.
  • Updating the label management team on creative aspects and P&L.
  • Participating in negotiations and contributing to revenue generation.
  • Building and managing brand/business partnerships.
  • Pitching brand opportunities and writing proposals.
  • Executing brand and new business events.
  • Monitoring new business and brand profitability.
  • Brainstorming new business growth strategies.
  • Maintaining a database of marketing leaders.
  • Tracking outreaches and partnership development.
  • Exploring and expanding client networks.
  • Ensuring revenue growth.
  • Leading department target status meetings.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development & brand partnerships.
  • Music Industry experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of industry situations and commercialization strategies.
