Monzo is seeking a passionate Content and Community Manager to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This role is pivotal in connecting with the Irish community, creating engaging content, and representing the voice of Monzo's users. The Content and Community Manager will report directly to the Marketing Lead for Ireland and collaborate with the EU Collective and global teams.
Role Involves:
- Community Engagement: Answering questions, resolving issues, and developing strategies to expand the Monzo community in Ireland.
- Social Media Management: Overseeing Monzo Ireland's social media channels to enhance the online presence.
- Community Advocacy: Representing the Irish community's feedback within Monzo and influencing product development.
- Event Planning: Organizing online and in-person meetups to foster community engagement and promote Monzo.
- Content Creation: Managing the content calendar and producing engaging content for the website, blog, and social media.
- Market Research: Identifying new opportunities to promote Monzo effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and community building.
- Proven ability to build and nurture communities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on improving user experience.
- Proficiency in using analytics and metrics to inform decisions.
- Self-motivated with strong execution skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging content.
