Monzo is seeking a Borrowing Ops Back Office Advisor to join their Financial Health team. This role is crucial for supporting customers who are facing financial difficulties by communicating with third-party debt organizations and setting up appropriate solutions on their accounts. The advisor will need to have a strong understanding of financial difficulties, collection processes, and regulatory requirements within the debt industry.
The Borrowing Ops Back Office Advisor at Monzo will play a key role in:
- Communicating with third-party debt organizations.
- Setting up required debt solutions on customer accounts.
- Providing general customer service via chat and/or phone.
- Engaging with other domains in the business to share knowledge.
- Ensuring regulatory obligations are met.
Monzo requires candidates to have:
- Previous experience in the Collections industry or a Back Office role working with third parties.
- A working understanding of UK laws and regulations around credit.
- Experience in providing customers in financial difficulty with the best outcome.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Monzo offers:
- A salary of £24,750 - £27,250 plus benefits.
