Clara, the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, is seeking a Sales Operations - CRM Analyst. This role is crucial for driving the success of the sales teams by designing and optimizing sales processes. The analyst will empower the team through data-driven insights, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Role involves:
- Leading and optimizing sales processes using HubSpot automation.
- Maintaining and elevating sales reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Managing a CRM database of prospects and deals.
- Analyzing customer data to recommend strategic actions.
- Collaborating with sales reps to identify improvement opportunities.
- Replicating global best practices across teams.
- Developing and implementing sales operations policies and procedures.
- Ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, with CRM management experience in a B2B industry, preferably Fintech.
- Hands-on experience as a CRM administrator (Salesforce or HubSpot certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in building and optimizing CRM systems.
- Creative, analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Data management expertise.
- Professional proficiency in English.
